In electrolyzer, symmetrical conductive structure with anode in
the middle and cathode at ends avoids the shortage of voltage
.The improved sealing washer isolates hydrogen from oxygen.
The separator, synthesizer, filter, cooler, cycling pump, tubes
and valves are mounted on a skid for easy installation and
transportation.
The main power device is transformer and rectifier. The
transformer has power supply with high voltage, and the
transformer can be made according to different voltage (380V or
10KV). It does transformation by three-phase double-backward
star reactance equalizer. The trigger of rectifier is in
integrated circuit way, and it has protecting interlocking
mechanism such as overcurrent, scarcity of phase, cutting cool
water, rapid melting and it can receive interlocking information
from controlled |

system to make sure that the rectifier can cut the main power
when equipment runs wrong .The control parts is provided new
control ways. That is PLC and touch screen or PLC and epistatic.
The control system watches the running of equipment in time.
This improves reliability, stability and convenience of
overhaul. The control system has many parameters. The main
parameters are interlocking alarm for liquid level, interlocking
alarm for alkali solution circle, interlocking alarm for
pressure, alarm for hydrogen pressure, display Of hydrogen |

(oxygen) temperature, interlocking alarm for gas pressure, alarm
for purity of hydrogen (oxygen). On the other hand, the system
can supply water automatically, drain off automatically, input
material automatically. |
